Perspectiva estética/sociopoética ao cuidar de clientes com alterações de autoimagem devido a afecções dermatológicas / An aesthetic / socio-poetic perspective when caring for clients with an altered self-image due to skin disorders

Tratar sobre dimensões vivenciais que envolvem o adoecimento cutâneo é indispensável em uma sociedade onde as pessoas vivem sujeitas às pressões quanto à: modelos socioculturais, preocupações com crenças e valores e imposições estéticas, podendo assim sofrer distorções em sua autoimagem corporal e autoestima. Refletindo sobre a teoria de adaptação de Roy quanto à singularidade do ser humano para reagir, aprender e se adaptar na sua convivência no mundo, consigo e com os outros, indaga-se: quais são as repercussões do acometimento cutâneo na vida das pessoas? Assim, formulou-se o objeto de estudo - Repercussões do acometimento de afecções cutâneas na vida das pessoas. Teve-se como objetivos propor uma perspectiva de cuidar em enfermagem compatível com as necessidades humanas de pessoas com alteração de autoimagem e autoestima devido a afecções dermatológicas; identificar as características sociodemográficas e clínicas das pessoas com afecções dermatológicas; analisar a dimensão imaginativa de pessoas referente à sua convivência com afecções dermatológicas, destacando seus sentimentos quanto à autoimagem e à autoestima. Este trabalho se insere no Grupo de Pesquisa Concepções teóricas para o cuidar em saúde e enfermagem - CNPq, na Linha de pesquisa Fundamentos filosóficos, teóricos e tecnológicos do cuidar em saúde e enfermagem e no projeto denominado A perspectiva estética/sociopoética do cuidar em enfermagem: identificando necessidades de autocuidado para promoção da saúde da Bolsa de Produtividade em Pesquisa CNPq, período 2011-2014, e da Bolsa de Professor Visitante da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Dealing with experiential dimensions, which involve skin disease, is essential in a society where people live subject to pressures regarding: sociocultural models, concerns about values and beliefs and aesthetic impositions and can therefore suffer distortions in their body self-image and self-esteem. Reflecting on Roy's adaptation theory as the uniqueness of the human being to react, learn and adapt in their coexistence in the world, with themselves and others, asks themselves: what are the repercussions of skin conditions in people's lives? Thus formulated, this was the object of study - The Impact on involvement of cutaneous conditions in people's lives. Had as objective to propose a perspective of nursing care consistent with the human needs of people with changing self-image and self-esteem due to dermatologic diseases; identify the sociodemographic and clinical characteristics of people with dermatologic diseases; analyze the imaginative dimension of people referring to their experience with dermatologic diseases, highlighting their feelings regarding self-image and self-esteem. Expectativas do cliente em hemodiálise sobre o transplante renal: pesquisar sociopoético em enfermagem / Patient on hemodialysis expectations about renal transplantation: sociopoetic research in Nursing

A problemática enfrentada pelos clientes com doença renal crônica (DRC), em hemodiálise, que aspiram ao transplante de rim, notoriamente envolve questões e dilemas que vão além do fato de estarem à espera de um compatível órgão. Esta pesquisa revela as manifestações do imaginário, universo ainda pouco explorado, de indivíduos que vivenciam a DRC, no sentido de trazer pensamentos e revelações que permitam compreender melhor o significado da possibilidade de receber o transplante renal. Tem-se como objetivos: descrever os elementos (criação) sobre a possibilidade de submeter-se ao transplante renal expressos através do imaginário de um grupo de clientes em hemodiálise; analisar os significados/ confetos acerca do submeter-se ao transplante renal atribuídos pelos sujeitos da pesquisa a partir da criação imaginária; propor/discutir novos caminhos na prática de enfermagem visando o ensino do auto cuidado do cliente sob a expectativa de viver com transplante renal. Utilizou-se o método sociopoético, criado por Jacques Gauthier, através do dispositivo analítico grupo pesquisador (GP), fundamentado em Paulo Freire. Foram utilizadas técnicas de pesquisa: - Vivência dos Lugares Geomíticos (terra, poço, ponte, labirinto, túnel e caminho) e Corpo como Território Mínimo. As questões norteadoras do estudos foram, respectivamente: se o transplante renal fosse um lugar geomítico, como seria? Como me vejo hoje, sendo um cliente com DRC, em hemodiálise, à espera de um transplante? Compõe o GP,12 clientes hemodiálise, candidatos ao transplante, que desenvolveram as fases do método de modo dialógico e participativo, no período de maio a junho de 2006, em Campos dos Goytacazes - RJ. The probIematic faced by patients with a chronicle (DRC) kidney illness treated by hemodiaIisis who wait for the transplant. As we can see it envolves many questions and a big dilemma about the subject, that wiIl go beyond of the fact that they are waiting for a compatible and possible organ. This research reveals the manifestation of an the imaginary group, still not well exploited. The individuaIs that experience the chronicle illness, in a way that bring up thoughts and revelations which allows to understand better the meaning of the possibility to receive the transplant. The main points of the study are: describe the elements (creation) about a possible kidney transplant expressed through an imaginary group of patients treated by hemodialisis; analise the meanings/"contetos" throug a kidney transplant that had by the individuaIs of the research, from the imaginary group; To consider/ discuss about the new different techniques in the nursing practice which is concerned to the orientation to treat the patient, under the hope to have a kidney transplant. The method applied is sociopoetico, (criate for Jacques Gauthier) group research and analitic device. The techniques used were "body as minimum land". The questions that guided the techniques were respectively: "How would be if a transpIant was in a place "geomitics (land, well, bridge, labyrinth, tunnel and way)"? And How do I see myself as a patient with IRC in hemodialisis, waiting for a transplant, who developed particiapative and dialogic ways as methods, during the months of May and June of 2006 in the City of Campos dos Goytacazes - RJ.
